• Our valuation surveys are carried out by qualified Surveyors. Solicitor and survey fees are paid by New Start 2Day, provided we complete on the purchase.
• We will advise you what the open market value of the property is, open market value is the price you would expect to achieve within 12 weeks if selling the property through an estate agent.
