  1. What does New Start 2Day do?

  2. We help you sell your property quickly without any fuss. Our mantra is “A Brighter Future For ALL”. By this we mean that we will act with integrity to create the best deal for everyone. If we feel that there are better options for you rather than selling to a property company like us then we will tell you including giving you advice on how to do it. This often means that we turn away business as it is in the vendor’s interest.

  3. Who are Newstart 2Days main customers?

  4. We find our customers sell for a number of reasons, they are in financial difficulty, they are relocating, emigrating to Australia, New Zealand, or going to work abroad anyway, inherited a property or were amateur landlords, or want to downside, divorcing the list of reasons is endless.

  5. What do we do with the properties we buy?

  6. We have a portfolio of properties and we run them as professional landlords since we are members of the National Federation of Landlords . Therefore if the property is in our area and the rental will comfortably cover the mortgage costs, then we rent it out. In a better market we would buy properties that don’t work as rental properties, but provided we got a good discount we would flip the property (buy it and then sell it on). Flipping is much more difficult in todays market, so we need a bigger discount on the property price to cover our risk of being stuck with the property. If the property is not in our area we have a network of over 400 property investors around the country who may be interested, so we check your details against what they are looking for and pass the information on to appropriate investors.

  7. Will we buy your home for full market value?

  8. No - we buy at trade prices rather than retail. But we will buy your property fast, we will offer you flexible deal options and a professional service. Added to this we guarantee no gazundering. We can also help you negotiate a better price for your new home, avoid paying Mortgage Early Redemption Charges and sometimes negotiate down your other debts.

  9. Do we provide help with the selling process?

  10. Yes - we can pay your legal fees up to £600. If you want we can also help you complete any of the legal documents.

  11. I am emigrating to Sydney Australia can I choose the completion date to suit our move?

  13. We are having financial difficulties and have a repossession court hearing?

  14. We have an excellent legal team who have plenty of experience of stopping repossessions. This can be done up to 24 hours before the bailiffs are due to arrive. We also understand that you may not want your friends and neighbours to know you are selling, therefore we guarantee a confidential service and obviously no need for “FOR SALE” signs.

  19. Would we buy a block of flats you have inherited and don't want?

  21. Where have all the buyers gone?

  22. Many investors and landlords have left the market as they can only get 75% mortgages. So they would have to put down a 25% deposit, where investors don’t like to tie up to much cash in a deal.

    First time buyers are scared that they will loose their jobs, they don’t have the larger deposits required these days and they fear the market will drop much further.

  23. Will Newstart 2day pay for referrals?

  24. Anyone who refers a property to us which we purchase will be entitled to £500 to £2,000 depending on the property.
